• Contract Drafting: To formulate legally binding Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and Lease Agreements.
• Due Diligence & AML: To comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations and verify the true legal ownership of properties.
• Property Matching: To suggest relevant properties based on your past inquiries and viewing history (with consent).
• Service Improvement: To analyze market trends and improve our agency operations.

Due to the nature of real estate transactions, your data may be shared with:

• Counterparties & Co-Brokers: Sellers, buyers, landlords, or partnered co-agents who are part of your specific transaction.
• Authorities & Juristic Entities: The Thailand Land Department, District Offices, banks, and condominium Juristic Management offices (Niti).
• Legal Requirements: When mandated by courts or anti-money laundering authorities.

We securely store KYC documents and financial records using enterprise-grade encryption. Access is strictly limited to authorized agents handling your specific transaction.

To comply with Thai tax, accounting, and legal statute of limitations, we retain transaction records, contracts, and associated KYC data for a minimum of 10 years after the transaction closes.

Under the PDPA, you have the following rights:

• Right of Access: You can request a copy of the legal data we hold about you.
• Right to Correction: You can request updates to your passport or contact details.
• Right to Deletion: You can request data deletion, except where we are legally required to retain transaction records for 10 years.
